Try this warm cereal breakfast bowl for those cold winter mornings. This is a great recipe to warm your bones and fill your belly, setting you up for a successful day.
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup whole-grain cream of wheat cereal, cooked
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup almond, skim, or rice milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and heat 1-2 minutes
