- ¾ cup whole-grain cream of wheat cereal, cooked
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup almond, skim, or rice milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and heat 1-2 minutes
