Toast with Whole Fruit Preserves

Serves: 1

A super simple, super quick breakfast for busy people.
Ingredients
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp any flavor of 100% whole fruit preserves
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Directions
  1. Toast the bread until crispy
  2. Spread the preserves over the toast
  3. Sprinkle with the flaxseeds, then cut the toast in half
