Simple Baked Lemon-Pepper Chicken

Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts, with ribs and skin, rinsed and dried
  • 2 tsp no-salt lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange the chicken rib side down in a 12” x 9” baking dish. Sprinkle with the lemon-pepper seasoning.
  3. Bake for 1 hour, or until the thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 170F and the juices run clear. Remove the skin and enjoy.
