Ingredients
  • 1 cup high-protein whole-grain cereal
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2/3 cup almond, skim, or rice milk
  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced, or another fruit
Instructions
  1. Put cereal in a bowl and top with your choice of milk, the flaxseeds, and fruit
  2. Enjoy!
