  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal, prepared with water
  • 1.5 scoops of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1.5 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Splash of almond, skim, or rice milk

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
