Pasta with Shrimp Marinana

Multiply and cook this recipe ahead of time for a fast meal prep during the week!
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain pasta, cooked
  • 2 oz. shrimp
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, steamed
  • Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Combine pasta with shrimp and tomato sauce.
  2. Top with cheese and serve with spinach topped with fresh lemon.
