January Shake of the Month

The Super Shake

This shake is guaranteed to fuel your post workout energy needs! Also, adding vegetables to shakes is a great way to get veggies in as well as vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
  • 12 oz Water
  • 1/2 cup Frozen organic mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Spinach (handful)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax
  • 1 scoop Greens Powder (or add extra spinach)
Instructions
  1. Combine some ice & all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add oats if you need a carb boost!
