January Shake of the Month

The Super Shake

This shake is guaranteed to fuel your post workout energy needs! Also, adding vegetables to shakes is a great way to get veggies in as well as vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Water
- 1/2 cup Frozen organic mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Spinach (handful)
- 1 scoop Vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- 1 tbsp Mixed Nuts
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax
- 1 scoop Greens Powder (or add extra spinach)
Instructions
- Combine some ice & all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- Add oats if you need a carb boost!
