Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple, roughly chopped or shredded
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened or non-fat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp caramel extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin or apple spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add apple, milk, protein, vanilla, caramel, pumpkin or apple, cinnamon, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
