Apple Caramel Protein Shake

Adding a scoop of oats to your protein shake can give you an energy boost for a tough workout!!
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apple, roughly chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened or non-fat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp caramel extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin or apple spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Add apple, milk, protein, vanilla, caramel, pumpkin or apple, cinnamon, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
