Daily LESSONS, habits, WORKSHOPS, & mORE.

The program is broken into sections. Each section is focused on developing a fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle habit. The daily lessons and workshops are focused on reinforcing this habit. We have taken the habits and placed them in an order in a way that continues to build off the previous one.

TRACK Participation & PROGRESS ALONG THE WAY.

Every step of the way progress is tracked. We can see participation & completion rates of lessons and habits. Participants can also track their progress through measurements, photos​ and key performance indicators.

GUIDANCE & SUPPORT FROM AN EXPERT COACH

Many lessons come with questions to get the participant thinking & taking action. Our Coaches monitor these responses and provide feedback when necessary. Concurrently, participants can reach out to an Expert Nutrition & Wellness Coach whenever they feel they need an extra hand with our in-app messaging feature.

“SWEAT EQUITY” KEEPS PARTICIPANTS MOTIVATED

“SWEAT EQUITY” is a points system built into the program. Participants can redeem “SWEAT EQUITY” for cool stuff from gift cards, to fitness trackers, to preferred parking, bonus time off, & more. There are several ways to earn from completing lessons, to making progress, and to being the fittest employee of the month. This points system is fair for everyone and keeps people motivated, engaging and improving.
