Protein Cereal Bowl
Start your day with protein to sustain your energy while you work!
Serves: 1
  • 1 cup high-protein whole-grain cereal
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • ⅔ cup almond, skim, or rice milk
  • ½ cup bananas, sliced, or another fruit
  1. Put cereal in a bowl and top with your choice of milk, the flaxseeds, and fruit
  2. Enjoy!
