Avocado Toast
Calling all avocado lovers! Add this quick recipe to your breakfast routine to start your day with a burst of energy. Plus, you'll be having one of your five daily servings of veggies.
Serves: 1
  • 1 slice Ezekiel bread, toasted
  • ½ ripe Avocado, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  1. Toast Ezekiel bread
  2. Place sliced avocado on toast
  3. Top with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add lemon juice to avocado
  5. OPTIONAL: You can add some red pepper flakes or a dash of cayenne if you like it spicy
